Who Am I Trying To Kid?

More industial sublimity. Keep 'em coming.
Eddy Rhead -: Oakley Doekly!
I give in!
Eddy Rhead -: So did i.
i do too? great effort though, could you not get any closer Eddy.
Eddy Rhead -: Are you kidding? I'm expecting a knock at the door from the cast of Spooks any minute and to be have some 'extraordinary rendition' rained down on me just for just posting this shot. I see that you yourself are no stranger to cross country treks in the wee small hours in pursuit of twinkly lights and big bits of concrete. I'm getting too old to be having run ins with rozzers so i try and keep a healthy distance. As you have found out - you can get in touching distance at Ferrybridge but i cant enjoy the moment knowing that a squadron of jet fighters are probably being scrambled somewhere because some bloke with a beard has just set a tripod up, so i prefer keeping well away from the subject.
First class work Eddy.
You have got me worried now Eddy, I stuck the lens through the chain link fence on the perimeter road to get this one. http://ccgi.thehamptons.plus.com/pixelpost/index.php?showimage=152 It was pouring with rain with zero cloud base. I just nipped back in the car when the security guy appeared. That was pre 9/11 of course. Ferrybridge of course.
Eddy Rhead -: First class dark room action on your shot. I get Ferrybridge and Fiddlers Ferry mixed up.
This is the one in Widnes/ Warrington.
Nice! Cataclysmic somehow, but nice.
Odd, how simple acts like taking pictures can cause the emergency services to scramble. Wonder how long we'll be able to take photos? |
